Position Description:
eBrevia is seeking a Sales and Project Management professional with demonstrated success in managing B2B client projects and interacting with C-level executives in converting sales leads to accounts.  This is an exciting position that, given the candidate’s growth potential and interest, has the possibility of significantly expanding. Candidates should be comfortable wearing a variety of hats and adding value in multiple ways throughout the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to leads by demoing products to C-level executives, lawyers, knowledge managers, and IT professionals.

  • Manage clients’ projects, including providing training and ensuring clients’ success

  • Work directly with company’s team of corporate attorneys and software engineers to develop and enhance the company’s products.

  • Convert leads to clients by negotiating commercial and other terms.

  • Onboard new clients.

  • Monitor client accounts for issues and communicate via phone and email to troubleshoot.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must have at least a bachelor's degree and 3+ years of demonstrated experience in B2B sales and/or project management.

  • Experience with legal, SaaS, or legal tech industry a plus.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and make progress.

  • Experience with the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Apps (Gmail, Calendar, Google Docs) required.

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software a plus.
