Position Description:
eBrevia is looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Marketing & Sales Associate to join our growing team. This person will assist with marketing projects, sales support, and administrative tasks. He or she will play an important role in the growth of the company.

Responsibilities:
— Create marketing collateral and lead other marketing projects, such as website redesign, video production, and developing an SEO strategy (technical expertise not necessary, but a plus).
— Provide sales support, manage and facilitate eBrevia’s Salesforce use, process new sales leads, report on sales data, and prepare proposals.
— Manage and draft content for eBrevia’s website, blog, social media, and press releases.
— Oversee office operations, event preparation, recruiting, and file management.
— Always be thinking creatively of new ways to improve our marketing and sales processes.

Qualifications:
— 1-3+ years’ professional experience in marketing, sales, legal, or a relevant field.
— Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
— Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel.
— Ability to take initiative, to direct one’s own work, and to work collaboratively.
— Enthusiasm, entrepreneurial mindset, and creative problem solving skills.
— Experience with Salesforce and WordPress a plus.
— Experience with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, or Illustrator a plus.
