Position Description:
You will be responsible for extending eBrevia’s core intelligent document analysis web application to include additional features needed to serve our current and future markets.

Responsibilities:
— Participate in design discussions and assess feasibility of new products and features.
— Provide mockups and prototypes to clearly demonstrate new features to investors and stakeholders.
— Work independently to design and implement new functionality into eBrevia’s core product, a modern single page web application.

Qualifications:
— Strong CS fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, performance characteristics) with a BS or graduate degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
— Demonstrated coding expertise, with 2-3 years’ experience with Java/Javascript in nontrivial team software projects ideal, though we are language agnostic and will accept talented candidates with similar abilities in other languages.
— Ability to clearly communicate complex technical ideas to technical and non-technical audience.
— Ability to design new functionality or improve product with little guidance.

Position Description:
eBrevia is seeking a corporate attorney to assist with reviewing and annotating legal provisions from a database of contracts and to play a major role in the continued enhancement and development of the company’s legal software. The successful candidate will essentially be teaching eBrevia's artificial intelligence technology to "think like a lawyer". This is an exciting position that, given the candidate’s growth potential and interest, has the possibility of significantly expanding and quickly becoming a leadership role.

Responsibilities:
— Review contracts and annotate relevant legal provisions.
— Manage a team of supporting paralegals/staff and outside resources to gather additional contracts, build eBrevia’s working database, and ensure the accuracy of annotations.
— Work directly with company’s team of corporate attorneys and software engineers to develop and enhance the company’s products including designing additional functionality.

Qualifications:
— Candidate must have a JD or LLM and 4+ years of experience reviewing a variety of contracts, including general M&A and commercial contracts.
— Experience with investment management agreements, loan agreements, real estate agreements, employment agreements, ISDA, and/or IP-related agreements a plus.

eBrevia is seeking a corporate attorney to manage projects and client relationships with respect to eBrevia’s law firm, corporate, commercial real estate and audit/consulting firm clients. This is an exciting position with a dual business/legal focus and particularly well suited for attorneys looking to broaden their skill set within an innovative technology company environment. Candidates should be comfortable wearing a variety of hats and adding value in multiple ways throughout the organization. Responsibilities:

Position Description:
The Software Engineer Intern will be responsible for extending eBrevia’s core intelligent document analysis web application to include additional features needed to serve our current and future markets. Interns may be extended offers to join eBrevia on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:
— Work with company’s CTO to design software solutions from feature descriptions.
— Provide wireframes or mockups to clearly demonstrate new features to investors and stakeholders.
— Implement selected features into eBrevia’s core product, a Java-based web application.
— Provide & meet accurate estimates for new features; prioritize features by importance & complexity.
— Assist with improvements to our core natural language processing algorithms.

Qualifications:
— Obtained or pursing a BS or graduate degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
— 2-3 years demonstrated experience with Java/Javascript in nontrivial team software projects a plus.
