eBrevia was honored to win the 2016 alt.legal Transactional Solution Innovation Award. Sponsored by Above the Law, the alt.legal Innovation Awards are aimed at recognizing new and emerging companies that are shaking up the legal marketplace. The panel of judges made up of industry experts with deep experience in all aspects of alternative legal company operations included Joe Borstein (Thomson Reuters & ATL alt.legal columnist), Mary Juetten (CEO & Founder of Traklight ), Nicole “Niki” Black (Legal Technology Evangelist at MyCase), and Monica Bay (ATL columnist & Stanford CodeX Fellow). Companies were assessed on a wide range of factors, including novelty of technology, the size of the market opportunity, and viability of revenue model.
eBrevia was selected as one of four winners to receive a $10,000 Entrepreneur Innovation Award in a pitch competition at the Connecticut Science Center. The Entrepreneur Innovation Award program is part of the CTNext Innovation Ecosystem. eBrevia will use the funds to incorporate additional user-suggested features into its Diligence Accelerator product.
eBrevia was selected as a 2013 Tech Company to Watch by the Connecticut Technology Council. The company joined an impressive group of startups featured at the 7th Annual Connecticut Innovation Summit.
